The company has deep staffing roots dating back to the early 1990s and has since been revitalized with a sharper focus on efficiency. Today, C Associates LLC operates as a Ward 7-based, CBE-certified staffing and consulting firm with the local knowledge and practical experience needed to support employers across the District.

Our team has supported DC Government staffing efforts through recruiting, screening, candidate coordination, onboarding support, compliance documentation, and contractor communication. We have helped place and support contractors across agencies and environments where reliability, accuracy, and follow-through are essential.
